It has come to our attention that, following a private party held at the cricket club, a number of fireworks were set off within the club grounds.
On behalf of the club, we would like to offer our sincere apologies to anyone who was disturbed or inconvenienced by this unauthorised activity. The use of fireworks was not disclosed to us when the venue was booked, and it is something we would never knowingly permit.
We take our responsibilities to our neighbours and the wider community seriously and regret any disturbance this incident may have caused. We are reviewing our booking procedures to help prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future.

We are always on the lookout for keen cricketers, no matter your age or how good you are. We are a fully inclusive club which promotes good sportsmanship throughout all age groups and senior teams. Still unsure, we train every Tuesday & Thursday in summer (senior teams) and junior training is Friday evenings. Come on down... we're a friendly bunch!
